We ship to select international countries with DHL shipping. We are not responsible for tax and duty fees.
What are your shipping methods within the USA?
Orders above $500 are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail Signature required, with orders underneath this not requiring a signature at delivery.
Orders above $1k are complimentary upgraded to FedEx 2day Shipping Signature Required
Lastly, orders above $10k are complimentary upgraded to Overnight FedEx Shipping Signature Required.
Please keep in mind you are more than welcome to upgrade to these three shipping methods at check out if you have a preference for additional shipping costs.
How long do orders take to craft?
At Starling, our pieces are made to order. Our Main Collection consisting of our signature styles take about 2-3 weeks to craft. Should your piece be listed in-stock online, we can ship this out in 3-4 business days. Our Bespoke Gem pieces take closer to 6-8 weeks to craft and our Bespoke or Heirloom Revival Projects take about 8-12 weeks to arrive.

Can I track my order?
Yes! We will send you a tracking number as soon as the item ships.
Are orders insured when shipped?
Yes, all of our shipments are fully insured with a 3rd party shipping insurance company.

What if my package is lost, damaged or delayed during shipping?
Starling is not responsible for items lost, damages or delayed delivery caused by the carrier. Once your has shipped you will be notified with the tracking number in an email, please track your package and let us know if any issues arise. Although we are not responsible, please be assured all of our pieces are insured in transit and we will help replace the piece and file insurance. We will help you the best we can to navigate what to do!
