WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS WITHIN THE USA?

We ship via USPS Priority or FedEx Shipping within the USA and DHL of FedEx for International Orders. FedEx and DHL do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. When we offer free shipping, it is with USPS Priority. 

 

We are not responsible for delayed delivery caused by carrier. Once your order has shipped you will be notified with the tracking in an email. 

  

ARE ORDERS INSURED WHEN SHIPPED? 

Yes, all of our shipments are fully insured with a 3rd party shipping insurance company. 

 

IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY? 

All orders over $200 require a signature with delivery. If you would like this waived please request via email - hello@starlingjewelry.com. Note: waiving signature may also waive shipping insurance. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Yes, we ship to select international countries. We are not responsible for tax and duty fees. International shipping is done with DHL or FedEx.

 

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO PROCESS BEFORE SHIPPING?

Most of our pieces are handmade to order, stock items are currently take 5-10 days to make before shipping. In stock pieces can ship quicker, please email to inquire about this. Bespoke Gems and Custom Orders take 8-10 weeks to make before shipping, for these items we will be in contact with you several times and coordinate shipping before mailing. If your order is a rush please email us: hello@starlingjewelry.com and we will see what we can do.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! You will automatically receive a tracking number via email when items ships.

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED DURING SHIPPING? 

Starling is not responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed delivery caused by carrier. Once your order has shipped you will be notified with the tracking in an email, please track your package and let us know if any issues arise. Although we are not responsible we will definitely help you the best we can navigate what to do! If your shipment is lost or damaged, rest assured everything is insured and we will help replace the piece and file insurance.
