Exchange and Return Policy

Personalized items, Bespoke Gems, One-of-a-Kind items and Bespoke or Heirloom Revival Projects cannot be returned. Personalized pieces include any item that is engraved, custom stone arrangement (ie our Compass Charm, Family Stone Charm) or any special order.

If you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased, Starling will accept limited items for exchange or return within 10 days of your delivery date. Item(s) must be returned in new and re-sellable condition with the original jewelry box. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for a store credit and at the discretion of Starling Jewelry.

If you would like to make a return please email us at hello@starlingjewelry.com for a return authorization. No refund will be granted without a return authorization form. Please keep in mind the client is responsible for covering the insured shipping fees to have the piece sent back to us. 

For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box with the return authorization form. Please return your order using a prepaid shipping label we will provide and request a receipt.
