We offer benefits like polishing, prong tightening, chain repairs, steam cleaning, and stone replacement on stones under 3mm - all 100% covered for 2 years from the date of order delivery. Please note that shipping costs are not included in our Warranty/Happiness Guarantee after 90 days.

We want you jewelry to be a lifelong purchase and after 2 years we work on a case-by-case basis for any repair issues.

Please note the Happiness Guarantee does not cover items lost, scratches, major damage caused by accident, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party), or damage beyond normal wear and tear over time.
